OFFICE LOCATION

The Lipscomb University Office of Athletic Media Relations is located in the Athletic Offices on the event level (Purple Level) of Allen Arena.

MEDIA INFORMATION

· INTERVIEWS: Interviews with Lipscomb University players and coaches can be arranged by calling Mark McGee at (615) 966-5862.

Players and coaches are available before and/or after most practices. Please notify the athletic media relations office in advance of your arrival on campus if at all possible. Practice schedules will be provided for media organizations.

Please do not contact players in their dorm rooms or at home.

· PRE-GAME INTERVIEWS: Pre-game interviews will be granted on game day on a special needs basis.

· POST-GAME INTERVIEWS:Lipscomb University players and coaches will be available for post-game interviews following at 10-minute cool down period.

Interviews may be conducted at courtside. No media will be allowed in the team locker room. Please make request for players and coaches to the media relations staff at the end of the game.

· PARKING: Parking is available free of charge on the Lipscomb University campus. The amount of reserved parking available on basketball gamedays is very limited. Please contact the athletic media relations office at least 48 hours in advance of the game. While all attempts will be made to fulfill the request, we are unable to guarantee reserved parking.

· CREDENTIALS: Credentials are required for admission to Lipscomb men's basketball, women's basketball and baseball games. Admission is free to all other sporting events.

All credentials must be requested by noon on the business day before the game. All accommodations will be made per NCAA and Atlantic Sun guidelines.

· GAMEDAY INTERNET ACCESS:
   Allen Arena: Wireless internet connection. Phone line access.
   Ken Dugan Field:Ethernet Access
   Draper Diamond: Limited wireless internet.
   Lipscomb Soccer Field: Limited wireless internet.

· VISITING RADIO: Visiting broadcast positions exist at Allen Arena and Ken Dugan Field. All visiting radio crews must request credentials. All phone lines are analog.

The visiting radio line number for basketball is (615) 966-7055.

· Basketball Press Services:

Pregame packets including notes, statistics, and programs will be available in the media room prior to tip-off. While the game is in progress, stats will be made available on monitors at areas along press row. At halftime and postgame, statistics along with play-by-play, will be provided.

For men's basketball games, food and beverages will be available in the press room approximately one hour prior to tip-off.
